  • The biggest reason home sales are down is because we have little inventory.  This is also the reason that we are experiencing price increases and bidding wars, in some areas.  Simple economics…supply and demand.
  • Boots on the ground, my latest listing is under contract for 106% of the list price.
  • For the first time in eight years, baby boomers have overtaken millennials as the largest group of homebuyers, according to the National Association of Realtors. Why not take the steps to finally downsize when your home value has skyrocketed over the past 2 years?!
